Job role (1) : Full time class teacher with TLR for English

Teaching and Learning Responsibility Scale: TLR 2

The Governing Body of Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School wishes to appoint an excellent and creative teacher to take a key role to develop English throughout the school.

We are looking for a leader who demonstrates: 

• enthusiasm, ideas, knowledge and skills in English
• excellent class teaching practice
• the commitment and skills to work as a team member
• high expectations of children's achievement
• an up to date understanding of the latest developments in English research and development.

Job role (2) : Full time class teacher

For both positions:

Start date: 1st September 2025

Salary : (Inner London Payscale) Scale point dependent upon relevant experience M1-UPS3

Upper KS2 experience an advantage
